You must cancel more than thirty (30) days prior to the class start date in order to receive a full refund. If you cancel in writing from thirty (30) to fifteen (15) days prior to the class start date, SureFire Institute will provide a refund of fifty (50) percent of the course tuition. If you cancel fourteen (14) days or less from the scheduled course date, this will result in the forfeiture of your tuition. There is no refund if you fail to show for a class without the proper prior notification. If SureFire Institute cancels the class you will receive a full refund of any tuition money paid. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. Credit may be extended for extenuating circumstances solely at SureFire Institute's discretion.
