This two-day intermediate level course identifies the
capabilities and law enforcement applications of the
carbine, and develops the carbine skills necessary for
short to medium range engagements in urban or rural
environments, in daylight or low-light conditions.
Map, Directions, and Time: Provided upon registration of class.

- Marksmanship fundamentals
- Bilateral shooting
- Malfunction drills
- Cover and concealment
- Tactical reloading

- Low-light techniques
- Entry and searching
Equipment Required
- Duty carbine (weapon-mounted light recommended) and 600 rounds of ammunition (no AP)
- Duty handgun rig and 250 rounds of ammunition
- Clear eye and ear protection
- Duty flashlight/holster will be provided
- Body armor if available
